The controller is working!!! We could listen to that [Click] all day long... Couldn't you? An unusual sight today at the lab: The techies were busy conceptualizing, while the communication fellas were seen fiddling around with electrical boards & circuits, for a change. Working hard on perfecting the experience. We're struggling with the way we should visually represent the different dance steps. The questions is- what would our users prefer?
This week's tests will settle this once and for all- icons, numbers, text, or... NONE? Only one will remain standing... Just concluded a very productive session of Wizard Of Oz user testing.
Tons of useful feedback, and miles of road ahead... Stay tuned! Adi & Tamir, our gifted code junkies, made some awesome progress carrying out our vision for the user interface. Take a look (the narration is Hebrew, but our GUI's beauty is universal): We also got TWO great Kinect sensors to work with, thanks to the good will of people at Microsoft, the miLab faculty and alumni. Tamir & Adi went to pick up the devices and couldn't help themselves. #KinectSelfie |
